2D and 3D gallery conception 

At Artmonad, we are committed to providing Museums, Artists, and Gallerists with exceptional 3D gallery-building services. Please review our refund policy for this service below:

1. Non-Refundable initial fee for 2D gallery or 3D gallery’s 3D conversion

An initial fee for 2D gallery is required to initiate the gallery-building process. This fee covers initial space for a 2D gallery and the use of Artmonad’s dashboard,

An initial fee for 3D conversion is required to initiate the 3D gallery-building process. This fee covers initial space for a 2D gallery, planning, design in 3D, and 3D conversion of the artworks.

These fees are non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:

Service Not Initiated: If the service has not commenced (e.g., no upload from the Artist/Gallerist or Museum, or no design or development work has begun), you may request a full refund.

Delayed Delivery: If Artmonad is unable to deliver the 3D gallery within the agreed-upon timeline due of 30 days to unforeseen circumstances, you may request a partial refund. Artmonad will need up to 30 days to deliver from the day all the artworks are uploaded with description and measurement for each one of them, type of framing selected and the placement of each Artwork within the 3D gallery.

Dissatisfaction After Final Delivery: If you are not satisfied with the first delivery of your 3D gallery, we offer revisions with small additional cost. Refunds are not available before or after this revision.

3. No Refunds After Final Delivery

Once the 2D gallery and or 3D gallery have been finalized and delivered, no refunds will be issued. This includes scenarios where the artist, gallerist, or Museum changes their mind about the gallery or decides not to use it.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at info@artmonad.com with your order details, including:

Full name

Order reference number

Reason for the refund request

We will evaluate your request and respond within 5 business days.

5. Revisions and Corrections

Artists, Gallerists, and Museums are not entitled to make changes to the artwork’s picture, its dimensions, its location in the 3D Gallery, or its framing after submission and prior 3D conversion. This is because the 3D artwork is created based on the information and images provided by the Artist, gallerist, Museum when finally uploaded. Any changes to these elements will require disclosure, and a quote will be provided for redoing the 3D conversion. Such revisions will be billed separately.

For all other aspects, Artists, Gallerists, and Museums are entitled to multiple revisions at no additional cost.

 

6. Customization and Ownership

Once completed, the 3D gallery is a custom product tailored specifically to the artist’s needs. Artmonad retains the right to showcase the gallery for promotional purposes, while the artist retains full rights to the content.

7. Force Majeure

Artmonad shall be excused from any delay or failure in performance required hereunder if caused by reason of any occurrence or contingency beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of war, fire, insurrection, strikes, lock-outs or other serious labor disputes, riots, earthquakes, floods, explosions or other acts of nature.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Client acknowledges and agrees that Artmonad will not be liable for any losses or damages, whether indirect, incidental, special or consequential, in profits, goods or services, irrespective of whether or not the Client has been advised or otherwise might have anticipated the possibility of such loss or damage. 

9. No Guarantee

The client acknowledges and agrees that Artmonad cannot guarantee specific results or the effectiveness of the services rendered. While Artmonad is committed to executing services professionally and in accordance with industry best practices, outcomes may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as:

The device or hardware used to access the 3D gallery

Internet connection stability and speed

Server performance and reliability

Other technical or external dependencies

Artmonad will make every effort to deliver services to the highest standard, but no explicit results or performance metrics are promised.

10. Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding the service, we encourage open communication to resolve the issue. If unresolved, you may pursue mediation as per our terms and conditions.
